Delivery & Return Policy

Shipping

• Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (cutoff: 3:30 PM IST)

• Domestic transit time: 1-7 days

• Shipping is free on orders over ₹499. COD may incur an additional fee.

• We are not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier or incorrect addresses.

Order cancellation

• You may cancel before dispatch. No cancellation fee applies.

• If cancelled after dispatch, please contact us.

Returns (manufacturing defects only)

• Return window: within 5 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached

• Customer pays return shipping for wrong product ordered

• Custom/bespoke batteries are non-returnable

Refunds

• Processed within 7 days of receiving returned item

• COD charges, payment gateway fees, and shipping charges are non-refundable

• GST (18%) is not refunded

• Refund may take 5-7 billing cycles to appear on your statement
