Warranty Policy

Warranty period (from date of purchase)

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in material or workmanship

• Battery cells (but not reduced mileage/range over time)

• BMS (unless short-circuited by user — then chargeable)

What is NOT covered

• Physical damage, burns, or water damage

• Tampered or missing labels/seals

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications (e.g., changing connector)

• Damage during return shipping (customer assumes risk)

• Acts of God, lightning, abnormal voltage

• Accessories (screws, power cords, etc.)

How to claim warranty

1. Contact us at order@seirox.com with proof of purchase and defect description

2. Ship the product to our service center (customer pays one-way shipping)

3. After inspection, we will repair or replace (we pay return shipping)

4. If product is out of stock, replacement will be sent when stock returns

Important notes

• Warranty is non-transferable (original purchaser only)

• Replaced parts become property of Seirox

• Warranty period does not extend after repair/replacement

• Our decision on warranty validity is final
