1. What devices are Seirox batteries compatible with?
Our standard batteries work with most EVs, cinema cameras (V-mount/Gold mount), drones, power tools, and portable power stations. For custom devices, our Bespoke Service can match any voltage, connector, or size requirement.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship to North America, Europe, Australia, and select Asian markets. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for in-stock items. Customs duties vary by country – calculated at checkout.
3. How does the Bespoke Battery Service work?
Step 1: Submit your requirements (voltage, capacity, dimensions, connector type).
Step 2: Our engineers review and send a design mockup within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Approve the prototype. We build and ship your custom battery pack.
Minimum order quantity for bespoke starts at 10 units.
4. What is your return and warranty policy?
All standard products include a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Bespoke batteries come with a 2-year warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, undamaged standard items. Custom builds are non-returnable unless defective.
5. Can I use a Seirox battery while it's charging?
Yes, our batteries support pass-through charging. You can power your device while the battery recharges simultaneously, with zero interruption. This is ideal for cameras, laptops, and medical equipment.
