We sell EV batteries, camera batteries, chargers, and custom battery solutions. Bespoke batteries are made to order and are non-refundable.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Stock availability is not guaranteed.

You agree NOT to:

• Use our site for any illegal purpose

• Harass, abuse, or defraud us or other users

• Upload viruses or malicious code

• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our content

• Create false accounts or impersonate others

7. Limitation of liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product (maximum ₹5,000)

• We are not liable for loss of profit, business interruption, or data loss

• Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in your local City, State.
